About Sam

They say the first step is admission, so here we go:
*ahem* My name is Sam and I’m a self confessed foodie.

This blog is simply a way for me to share what is going on in my kitchen, because I love it and get so much joy from cooking. All entries will be about my cooking experience with a certain recipe. They will always have been cooked by me, however, mostly the recipes on this blog are not mine, nor do I want to pretend that they are. I have collected them from lots of different places, over the years. When possible I always supply a copy of the original recipe. The photos of the foods, however, are my original photography.

This is about sharing my love of making (and let’s be honest, eating) delicious food. Feel free to comment and discuss.
